  • Catarina R. Dolsten

    FOUNDER, CEO

    Dr. Dolsten has experience from healthcare, founder-driven organizations, the financial industry, law, and the non-for-profit sector in the U.S. and globally. She received a master’s from Columbia University in Organizational Development and Change Management and is a Certified Coach from NYU. Dr. Dolsten is a Medical Doctor and received a BA in business administration from Lund University, Sweden. She brings extensive and management settings in the United States, Europe, and Africa.

  • Charles H. Jones

    DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INNOVATION & PARTNERSHIPS

    Charles is an experienced pharmaceutical leader with a proven record of advancing complex commercial strategies, driving innovative platform technologies, and delivering successful product launches. Prior to joining Aktum, he held pivotal roles in corporate strategy, marketing, and commercial development at Pfizer—contributing significantly to the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine rollout and leading early commercial strategies for emerging mRNA platforms. He also co-founded and sold a biotech company and consulted on pipeline strategy and product launches in various therapeutic areas. Charles holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, a B.S. in Biochemistry, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Recognized for strategic execution and collaborative leadership, he combines scientific insight with business acumen to create transformative solutions that improve healthcare and expand global access.

  • Nick Rosemarino

    RESEARCH ADVISER

    Nick is an industrial and personality psychologist. He has consulted for multinational and domestic organizations in tech, manufacturing, airlines, and education. Nick's experience includes personnel selection, 360 feedback, organizational development, and cultural transformations.

  • Ivy Grossberg

    CONSULTANT

    Ivy Grossberg is an industrial-organizational psychology PhD student at the University of Houston. She received her BA in psychology from Baylor University and a MA in psychology from the University of Houston. She is the vice president of GAIOP (graduate student association of I/ O psychologists), the outreach and media director for a DEI group for graduate students, and the founder and student representative of the UH chapter of VPA (consulting organization for non-profits). Her research primarily focuses on personality, leadership behaviors, burnout, engagement, motivation, productivity, remote work, work-life balance and sleep.

  • Ilsen Noriega

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Ilsen is a results-driven Operations Manager with a proven track record of optimizing systems, improving team efficiency, and supporting strategic growth. With a strong foundation in project coordination, process development, and cross-functional collaboration, Ilsen excels at turning vision into action. Her leadership style blends structure with flexibility, making her a trusted go-to for teams navigating change or scaling operations.

  • Abby Johnson

    AD HOC SENIOR CONSULTANT

    Abigail is an Organizational Development Consultant. Her formal training is from Columbia University, and she has experience with organizations across aerospace, government, retail, education, executive search, and consulting. Abigail’s experience includes executive education, organizational change, group dynamics, culture transformation, group dynamics, and assessment design.

  • Dr. Bill Pasmore

    PROFESSOR OF PRACTICE, COLUMBIA UNIVSERITY
    SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CENTER FOR CREATIVE LEADERSHIP

    Bill has been advising leaders for decades. He delivers services to clients as a coach to CEOs and advisor to executives and boards in matters pertaining to organization design, culture, leadership, succession planning, board effectiveness, executive development, and change.
    He holds the position of Professor of Practice at Teachers College, Columbia University and is also on the executive team at the Center for Creative Leadership. Before joining Columbia and CCL, he was a senior partner with the New York-based consulting firm, Oliver Wyman Delta Consulting.

  • Dr. Patrick Converse

    I/O PSYCHOLOGY PROFESSOR, FLORIDA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

    Dr. Patrick Converse received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Fredonia and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Michigan State University. He is currently a professor in the industrial/organizational psychology program at the Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Converse’s teaching and research are in the areas of research methods and statistics, personality, personnel selection, organizational training, and work motivation. He has delivered consulting services to a range of clients including local organizations, government agencies, and international companies in areas such as job analysis, selection, and training.
